Every effort has been made to ensure this website is up-to-date and accurate. From time-to-time an error may creep through the proofreading. Clivia Market reserves the right to make additions, deletions or modifications at any time to the information and listings on this website.

Delivery

Plants will be sent via Australia Post standard parcel post unless express post or registered post is requested. Postage is paid by the customer and is calculated at time of payment. Should the postage end up costing at least $2 less than expected, a refund for the difference will be issued.

Clivia Market is not responsible for any loss or damage when using Australia Post standard parcel post. We recommend registered mail for any items of marked value. Plants are unable to be insured via Australia Post.

Warranties and Refunds

Clivia Market does not guarantee the flower colour of an unflowered seedling or seed purchased from this site. Offsets are guaranteed to flower the same as the mother plant provided the conditions, fertiliser and lighting is the same.

All plants are sold pest-free and healthy. Should any problem be encountered we ask that you contact us to discuss.

Payments

We accept Paypal, cheque, credit card, cash (pick-up) or direct bank transfer. Cheques and bank transfers must be cleared prior to the plant being sent or picked up.

Australia and International sales

All plants and seeds are based in Australia at the time of listing. We do not offer pre-sale of seed. All seed has been harvested and is fresh for the current season and ready to ship.

Until further notice, we are unable to send plants or seeds outside of Australia. Due to various requirements for phytosanitary certificates, export/import permits, inspections and quarantine limits, we can only offer products to delivery addresses in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.

Sorry but we are unable to ship plants to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.
