All orders are packed up over the weekend and posted on a Monday.
The buyer has the option to choose which type of postage they would prefer during the check-out process. The default is Standard Parcel Post but there is also an option for Express Post which we recommend. Postage is paid by the customer and is calculated at time of payment. The postage calculation is based on the height and weight of the plant, and the box required. The website communicates with Australia Post in real-time to make the calculation. Any miscalculations in postage of more than $2 will be refunded or credited to the buyer. We recommend Express Post for plants and note that plants are unable to be insured via Australia Post.
Clivia Market is not responsible for the service provided by Australia Post or any damage that may be incurred in transit, though we do ask that you contact us and let us know if there is a problem.
Plants are sent bare-rooted with the roots wrapped in an eco-friendly compostable bag. The box that the plant arrives in is made from 100% recyclable material and all padding is recycled.
Warranties and Refunds
Clivia Market does not guarantee the flower colour of an unflowered seedling or seed purchased from this site. Offsets are guaranteed to flower the same as the mother plant provided the conditions, fertiliser and lighting is the same.
All plants are sold pest-free and healthy. Should any problem be encountered we ask that you contact us to discuss.
We accept credit card through Square, Paypal, cheque, bank cheque or direct bank transfer. Cheques, bank cheques and bank transfers must be cleared prior to the plant being posted.
Australia and International sales
All plants and seeds are based in Australia at the time of listing. We do not offer pre-sale of seed. All seed has been harvested and is fresh for the current season and ready to ship.
Until further notice, we are unable to send plants or seeds outside of Australia. Due to various requirements for phytosanitary certificates, export/import permits, inspections and quarantine limits, we can only offer products to delivery addresses in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territiry and South Australia.
Sorry but we are unable to ship plants to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.
